I’m going to let you in on a secret - Brett Jones, Jeff O’Connor, Dave “The Iron Tamer” Whitley, and myself are always getting on the phone with each other and talking shop, by which, I mean “strength.” We’re always discussing new ideas on “old” exercises -what we’re doing with our own training, our clients, our classes, etc...
 
Conversations often end up with the words, “Try this...”
 
We are always striving to get the most out of each and every exercise both for ourselves and for our clients. Then one day Jeff said, “Why don’t y’all come out to Oklahoma for a weekend and we’ll lift heavy stuff and eat lots of meat?”
 
By “lift heavy stuff,” what he really meant was do all the stuff we’d been talking about on the phone over the past couple of years. (I don’t know if you know this, but Jeff has an uncanny way of “helping” you find your limitations and restrictions and get rid of them.)
 
And really, all that “stuff” is all the cool variations of the exercises
that couldn’t be covered in the RKC and RKC 2 weekends due to lack of time.
 
Then one of us - I don’t remember who - could’ve been me - could’ve been the Tamer - said, “This weekend will be too good to keep to ourselves - Let’s figure out a way to let others come and train with us.”
 
So it took us a bunch of planning, because our schedules are so busy with travel and family and what have you, but we picked a weekend to get together and cover all this information. I’ll tell you about it in a minute.
 
But first, I want you to know straight up, I’m not going to try to sell you or pitch you and pump up how awesome this seminar is going to be. I’m just going to tell you what you’re going to learn when you come and you can decide for yourself if you think it’s worth your time.
 
But you should also know this before you read any further, - there’s a 95% chance this weekend seminar will never be repeated. It literally took us six months to come up with a date to do this weekend because our individual schedules are so darn busy.
