Barefoot
Way of Strength actively encourages barefoot athletics. We rigidly enforce barefoot or at least a minimalist shoes (Vibram Five-Fingers, Converse all –stars) in our classes and sessions. Why?

Keeps your back safe….makes you stronger…reduces stress….it forces/allows your body to move naturally…you have more energy…and its fun!
